with NICOLA MCCARTHY
A deeply soothing, relaxing and healing experience. Together with the Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls, I will bring through Light Language and Angelic Healing Frequencies for the group, to touch you on a deeper level activating your light. Each bowl has its own unique frequency and I’d be delighted to share their magic with you, giving you the opportunity to realign, reset, and take time for yourself.

Held in ‘The Old Chapel’ (United Reform Church) in Alfriston, a beautiful church and community centre situated in the heart of the Cuckmere Valley on the South Downs Way, Alfriston is a thriving village, and a wonderful place to share the transformational frequencies of the Sacred Alchemy Crystal Bowls with you.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat to lie on (the thicker the better!), a pillow for your head, and although the space is warm and cosy, I suggest bringing a blanket to keep you comfortable. You are welcome to bring a flask of tea or a bottle of water to enjoy afterwards. If you have back issues, I’d recommend bringing an extra cushion to support under your knees. Please bring anything else that you feel will make this experience nourishing and comfortable, my suggestions would be an extra mat, eye mask, hot water bottle, duvet, pillows and socks.
INTENTION SETTING
Our thoughts, words and intentions are powerful, you may like to think about an intention you may like to focus on during this session, some suggestions would be embracing inner peace, releasing what no longer serves, open to healing, aligning with abundance or connecting to higher guidance.
